What lab test did you have? Did you have a Tape test (The doctor presses a piece of tape against the skin around anus.The tape is then removed and examined under microscope for the presence of parasite eggs)
I think you might have Anal Itching.

Dear Sara,

The problem is that the doctors actually the lab test that I did can not confirm anything according to them I do not have parasites. While my symtops are typcally parasitosis.
I have itching around the anal area,
I have stomac problem
My stomac is swallen etc.
Now the doctor told me that in order to diagnose which of the parasites might be I should undergo colonscopy which I would rather avoid couse I did hear that is not so easy to do this method.

SO that it way I think is just better to try with some herbal parasit cleanse in order to just avoid this method.
